A: Yes, we offer FREE UK shipping (3–7 business days) on all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
